Grounded therapy for trauma,
loss, identity and relationships
My approach to therapy
My approach is queer affirming, feminist, trauma informed and relational. I draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational-cultural therapy and ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to support transformation that feels sustainable and rooted in your own wisdom. Together we’ll explore protective parts, relational patterns, embodied intuition and the places where more spaciousness or self trust is ready to emerge.
Who I support
Many of my clients are grieving, processing trauma, exploring LGBTQIA+ identity or confronting relational challenges. You may be navigating intense emotions, feeling disconnected from yourself or others or trying to shift patterns that no longer feel aligned. Together, we’ll focus on increasing authenticity, expanding self compassion and cultivating a greater sense of agency over your life’s direction. Therapy with me is warm, low pressure and grounded in your autonomy. You don’t have to show up a certain way. We’ll work with what’s present at a pace that feels sustainable.
I’m committed to supporting clients in building self trust, expanding self compassion and navigating life with greater agency. My work centers care, relational connection and deep respect for your autonomy.
I offer individual therapy to Colorado residents, both online and in person in Salida, CO. My clinical work is supported by supervision from Renee Duricy, LCSW; Shana Dobson, LPC; Zina Ortiz, LPC; and Jason Sienknecht, LPC.
