About me
My name is Lesley, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, your intuition and your sense of self. I believe it’s never too late to come home to yourself whether you’ve lived through trauma, grief, marginalization or relationship patterns that have left you feeling small or disconnected.
My work is shaped by my lived experience as an ex-evangelical queer woman, a domestic violence survivor and someone in long term recovery. I’ve climbed all of Colorado’s 14ers, and the steadiness, pacing and resilience required in the mountains deeply inform how I show up as a therapist: grounded, collaborative and never rushed.
I support clients navigating trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, grief and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. I’m sex, kink and non-monogamy positive, and I welcome clients with diverse identities and relationship structures.
I blend IFS, somatic therapy, ketamine assisted therapy and relational cultural therapy. We’ll explore protective and wounded parts, how your body expresses emotion and the relational contexts of your life. The focus is clarity, connection and agency at a pace that works for you.
I’m committed to ongoing learning, decolonizing my clinical practice and approaching therapy through a lens of harm reduction and transformative justice. Each therapeutic relationship is a collaboration where we find what works for you, at your pace.
If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a free 15‑minute consultation so you can get a sense of fit and ask any questions. Please reach out if you’re ready to connect.
